Maria is a registered psychologist with experience across private practice, hospital and research settings in Australia and Spain. She provides a warm, genuine and practical approach to psychological care, creating a supportive environment where people can feel heard, understood and comfortable exploring the challenges they are experiencing.

Maria has a particular interest in women’s mental health and supports adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, stress and burnout. She also works with people navigating significant life transitions, including motherhood, birth trauma, relationship changes and shifts in identity. Her approach recognises that mental health and wellbeing can be influenced by a range of personal, relational and life circumstances.
