Dr Clarence Ratnakumar is a General Practitioner with six years of medical experience across a range of hospital and clinical settings. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience working in surgery and emergency departments, developing a broad understanding of acute medical conditions and patient care.

Before transitioning into general practice, Dr Ratnakumar worked as a trainee physician across Northern New South Wales, the Central Coast and Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. He is currently undertaking further training towards his General Practice qualifications, driven by his passion for providing holistic, patient-centred healthcare. His diverse clinical background supports his approach to managing a wide range of health concerns, from everyday medical needs to ongoing health conditions.

Dr Ratnakumar values continuity of care and enjoys supporting individuals and families across different stages of life. He takes an evidence-based approach to general medicine, with an emphasis on preventative health, chronic disease management and helping patients make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing. Outside medicine, he enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle and participating in triathlons.
