Dr Beatrice Brennan is a female Gastroenterologist who enjoys managing a broad range of gastroenterological issues. She has a strong clinical interest in diet and nutrition as it relates to diseases of the gastrointestinal system, autoimmune disease, inflammation and obesity, and undertook a fellowship in metabolic health and obesity as part of her training. She also has an interest in functional and inflammatory gut disorders.
Dr Brennan takes a holistic approach to patient care and takes time with her patients to help manage their conditions.
Dr Brennan currently works part time as a consultant Gastroenterologist and part time at the Department of Health and Aged Care and undertook her training at the Canberra Hospital, and at Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney.
Dr Brennan performs gastroscopy and colonoscopy at Double Bay Day Hospital.
