Sara graduated from Macquarie University in 2022 with a Master of Professional Psychology, and has been practicing psychology for almost 2 years. She has worked across both clinical and research settings. She is passionate about developing mental health awareness and contributing to people’s lives in a meaningful way. She strives to help her clients pursue connection, compassion and curiosity in order to live a life of value and vitality. She aims to not only support clients in session, however also equip them with tools that they can use outside the therapy room. Sara primarily utilities Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Compassionate Inquiry in her work with clients. Sara aims to provide a space for her clients to externalize their internal experience so they may examine and organize their inner world. Sara want her clients to leave sessions feeling lighter, understanding themselves a little bit better, and above all, feeling heard. Outside of practice, Sara is an avid body surfer and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
