How online prescriptions work
Step 1 – Submit an online request and make payment.

Step 2 – GP Review for Repeat Script Eligibility
Your GP will review your medical history and confirm your eligibility for a repeat script.
Step 3 – Approved requests will receive an e-script via SMS or email.
If denied, you will receive a refund.
A $25 fee applies to this service.

Receive your prescription or referral letter electronically via SMS or email. Simply use it like a traditional paper prescription, and obtain your medication from your preferred pharmacy. Each request is evaluated by your doctor for approval based on clinical criteria. If declined, you'll be prompted to schedule an appointment.

Repeat scripts and referrals are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.
Prescriptions and referrals are subject to GP discretion and not guaranteed. Common reasons for rejection include:
The patient is not an existing patient of the medical centre.
The request is for a new script or referral. To obtain a repeat prescription, you must have obtained this prescription from your doctor at our clinic previously.
If your request is approved, your script or referral will be sent to you via SMS or email. If declined, you will receive an automatic refund within a few business days.
